routine scewed today!
usually i do 1hr elliptica'l then jump tp spin but i rose late and now im doing elip and skiping spin. i always do spin wendsdays. is this change in routine going to mess up image or ability? i also eat between 800-1100 cals a day. please give me a sort of answer please! im very worried of thos time switch

To be honest it's not the reduction in activity levels that will largely dictate what you're trying to achieve it's the inadequate calorie intake that will promote limited progress and eventually stagnation.
800-1,100 calories a day for sedentary people is too low unless it was someone under the age of about 10 and for active people it certainly is, so I'd address that part of your plan now and not worry too much about reduced activity levels, as very active people with poor diets could actually achieve less than sedentary people with good diets in terms of well being and physical achievement.
I would like to ask what foods do you eat and what times do you eat them at?

I agree, you should be more concerned about your calorie intake. 1,000 sounds dangerously low, especially for someone who does exercise. It would be interesting to see what goes into your diet.
