I am 47 years old. I have been between 230 and 250 for 10 years. I was 252 in January and currently am 229. I am on a mission and full of motivation. I have a goal of 185-195. I have been battling high ldl, high trigs, and pre diabetes for those 10 years. doc said the weight I want to reach would be optimal for health and alleviate all of those issues. Just over 6 years ago I had gotten down to 204 while in an academy for new job. Of course I was 1000 miles from home for 4 months with no distractions. That made it easy. But I don't use those distractions as excuses anymore and wife and kids are being way more supportive than I could have ever imagined. I am genetically a large frame and 5' ll". At 47 I can still pack on muscle at alarming rates. But whenever I do the always seems to come as part of the deal. I have been eating very clean since January but need to be able to learn how to burn fat at alarming rates. I am looking for advice for best fat burning foods and exercises. I have some injury issues so I am hoping for a lot of responses. I will pick the exercises that work best for body. As far as the food. I will prepare and eat anything that will help me achieve goals. Thank you
