want to loose weight and fat

Helo,
i am , want to loose Fat and Weight , i start eating from 12:00 pm and till 9:00 pm, i am muslim and eat mostly chicken and vegetables. Rest of body is slim and sleek only the tummy is heavy loaded with fat.

Height: 5'11"
Weight: 88 kg
waist: 38"
Age: 30


i walk daily around 30-45 minutes some time 1 hour. i want to build muscles and reduce weight. i know if i do Gym and walk it might take time. is there any protein that can give goals ? if i use protein is there any side effect?

please Guide me well.

someone told me , Whey protein is good, can you please assist me about this ?

I don't think you need a protein powder at this moment in time.

What times do you eat at and what foods do you eat at those times?

to lose weight:
Metabolic Rate is the rate at which the body burns up calories. A body that consumes 2500 calories a day, and burns 2500 calories a day will stay at the same weight. A body consuming 2500 calories daily and burning 3000 will lose weight at the rate of about 1lb a week.

to get your estimate daily calorie intake: your weight x 14 - 17 = daily calorie intake

and try not to anything after 8 pm as your body burns calories while you sleep

You've made that last thing sound like a positive, counteracting the negative in the first part of the sentence.
