Hi everyone!
Wanting to start at the gym and after advice regarding meals. Now I eat healthy anyway and am aware of the good protein, carb, fat sources etc however need a rough idea of when to fit meals in/how many per day/how long before working out etc.
I aim to just tone up and drop a little weight so will be doing cardio, HIIT, weight lifting nothing crazy like intense body building.
I also hate repetive meals and am not a breakfast person so I struggle with this - meal ideas anyone?
Thinking a suitable meal plan is: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, pre workout meal, post workout meal? Could I also get guidelines on the types of food to eat at certain times e.g I assume pre workout should be carbs based whilst post is protein for recovery etc.
ANY help is appreciated
Thanks!

Hi Racer, good to talk to you.
What times do you eat at and what foods do you eat at those times?
