I don't eat any junk food, and I try to stick to low calorie, or high protein foods. And sometimes I have protein shakes before and after workout. I usually eat eggs, rice, fruits, chicken, vegetables. I try to be healthy

Thanks,

1st Meal 10:30 to 11:00 Usually eat 3 eggs with some wheat bread
2nd Meal 3:00 to 4:00 Usually some chicken and rice or something similar
3rd Meal 6:30 to 8:00 Usually just one egg and a cup of tea(with no sugar)

I eat lots of fruits and vegetable in between, you know just as snacks.

Should I try to do the six meal diet thing, I've tried a couple times but the most I've lasted was two weeks. But a I sort of did see some better results.

And finally I always take 2 serving of whey protein before and after workout, if that counts.

Thanks a lot for your help, and sorry about the delay,
Moe

3rd Meal 6:30 to 8:00 Usually just one egg and a cup of tea(with no sugar) (Load of crap. Pitch the Egg, and the cup of Tea. You could have something else like Green or Herbal tea, but bog standard tea probably has less benefit. This woud be a good time to have some Fruit, and maybe some low Salt Nuts, or some Protein source like Low Fat Cheese, Beans, Sliced Turkey etc etc, just give the Fruit about 10-15 minutes before consuming other foods, to assist digestion.)

Should I try to do the six meal diet thing (Yes, every 2.5-3 hours betwene meals.)

And finally I always take 2 serving of whey protein before and after workout, if that counts. (I don't think you need to do that, it's too many calories, and potentially too much simple Carb, in less than 60-75 minutes, so I'd say just do the usual, and have the two scoops afterwards, and skip the two before.

The problem you might get, is if all the pre-workout simple Carb, causes less reduction of Bloodsugar levels, you then might get an unwanted spike off the post-workout shake, if your Bloodsugar levels are not low enough. as you will spike them way past the point of stability, and wild regular Bloodsugar fluctuations like that, can long-term lead to Diabetes.)

I know this is an old thread but I just wanted to point out that drinking ice water helps reduce body fat as the body has to work harder to use it than warm water. It's the same thing as eating 6 meals, it keeps your metabolism going.
