If fat covers abs what do u have to do to get rid of that fat...One gone how does it take to see any progress...

Just wanted to know...

- squat heavy
- deadlift heavy
- sprint fast
- jump
- eat very, very clean

do at least 3 of these and you'll be set with all being optimal...what are you doing now??
