That's absolutely nightmarish. You cannot expect to be healthy on 2 meals a day. Not to sound scarey, or freak you out, but you're eating almost like a middle eastern hostage.
I cannot contend with the notion, you cannot eat at work, there is no time. You are perfectly entitled to rest or work breaks, surely by law, regardless of which country you're in, so you should at least be allowed, 10-15 minutes mid-morning, and mid-afternoon, to perhaps eat, drink, or just to destress for a bit.
If your work is disallowing a few basic rights like that, you need to have polite words with them, incase they're infringing some kind of work, or employment laws.
You cannot keep eating 2 meals a day, you just can't, or your Metabolism could be shot to pieces in the future.
Well, it's your priorities I guess.
Why can't you cook? How hard is it to pack some food to take to work?
How badly do you want to be in shape and healthy?
Your making excuses, we all work and have stuff to deal with. Many people have jobs, kids and family to take care of yet manage to eat well 6 times a day.
If you can do x4 then you can do x6, plan and prepare.
Buy some tupperware and boil some eggs, take a sandwich, go to bed a bit earlier so you can get up and eat breakfast. There's so many ways, how much do you want it?
d.
rise at 5:30am - breaky then shower
10 - 15min break preferably at 9 - 9:30am and have something that you bought from home
* can you drink at work??
1pm - another meal...i think you'll need this before leaving work...waiting til 2pm is too long
2 - 3pm - workout
4pm - post workout meal
5:30 - 6pm - dinner
8 - 9pm - protein and veg/salad meal
9:30 - bed
there's 6 meals there...for the moment i don;t really care what you eat, just eat 6 times a day...if you need to start at 4 than do so but every 3 days add in a meal until at 6 then we can work on food selection but obviuosly protein, salad, fruit and veg are the way to go
if you say no need to care about what i eat then it wont be too hard to get 6 meals, i will eat 6 meals a day starting from tomorrow and maybe after a month i will only eat healthy food... (is healthy food delicious like unhealthy food?) lol
but should i eat little each meal so i get hungry the next meal? or eat full stomach and force myself to eat next meal?
that doesn't mean KFC every meal...be as healthy as you can but if you need to slip up than it's better to eat something not so good than to eat nothing...start with small to medium meals and increase gradually...don't miss a meal, thats the most important thing...
PROTEIN EVERYTIME YOU EAT
carb only meals - bad
protein only meals - good
protein and carb meals - best
