Hi,
name is Jeff and I would like to share with you weight loss story.
I am happy to tell you that I lost 55 pounds by following Melting Diet rules! I never believed before that it is possible for me: I was 240 lbs and already arranged liposuction. I met friend who recommended me this diet and I tried it only because this diet said:" no exercises are required". I do not have time to exercise! I noticed changes after first 2 days! I could not believe in it and kept following diet. As a result: for 10 weeks 55 pounds disappeared and liposuction was cancelled!!!
I am so grateful "Melting Diet" and friend who recommended me this diet on time.
Guys, I really recommend you try it. This diet is located at www.meltingdiet.com, you can also check out photos over there (before and after). friends and some relatives who new success tried it too and all of them had a great result!
Good luck to all of you!
I lost 55 pounds for 10 weeks!!!

How much of that was muscle? You want to lose that much weight in the time you took, you lose muscle. That's bad and that diet is pure bad.
It's even marketed on there as a diet for laxy people. There is no such thing, well not unless you add the word unhealthy in that title.
Exercise works FACT, not a slew of fancy sounding, stupid diets that rob you of muscle, as well as Fat, and harm your Metabolism, which no doubt causes some rebound effect later in life, with possible other consequences like immune system weakening, or possible loss of Bone density.
Exercise and a "Healthy" diet work, if you give 100%, and you do it right. People who claim no time to exercise, are in most cases deluding themselves.
Rule 1 of an exercise plan. MAKE TIME. Don't make time, don't get results.
Even if you spend 20 minutes a day, during a lunch hour, walking briskly, from and to the office, it is possible.
Eating properly in a way that spares muscle, and loses weight is possible
That diet is plain unhealthy, and not good for you FACT, and such diets should be banned. Fat loss is only possible UPTO 4lbs a week. Someone saying they lost 8 pounds a week, is losing muscle, water and other stuff too, which THEY SHOULDN'T
All you did by making out you had no time to exercise, when you probably did, and never realised it, is put your body through an unhealthy process, because taking time to do basic diet research, and ask on sites like this, for even a basic home cardio plan, don't become a start point, when they could and probably should be.
I could have given you some basic diet advice, and an aerobic circuit to do at home, that would have used up 20 minutes of your spare time. 20 minutes of basic Cardio every day.
Even people who work 12 hour nursing shifts in a hospital, could fit that level of Aerobic activity in, and follow some sort of decent meal plan, even if not all meals were possible every shift.
I sometimes post on a site, where someone who used to go there, was working 12 hour shifts, in a childrens Cancer ward, at a hospital in New Orleans, and still found time to work out, even after the horrible floods.
Thankfully she escaped the worst of it.
You I'm sorry to say, made excuses for not doing some basic groundwork on your situation, claim you couldn't find time to do any exercise of any kind, and chose a stupid, and ill thought out option.
That Natalie woman, is not even listed anywhere on the site, as even being qualified to boil an egg, or did you bother to check?
E-books sound nice, but I could write something in a works format, convert it to PDF, and give it out on the net off a server. I'm not sure how I would make money off it, I.E. using a Paypal, CCbill etc etc system, to transfer card payments to account, but even if I did, I wouldn't dare to make diet based PDF's and sell them online.
I'm not qualified to give diet advice, but I know that diet's a crock, and a bad type of diet, so I'm pretty conifdent overall knowledge is better than hers.
Sorry but whilst I might seem harsh, I dispair at someone like you having places like this to come, and instead, you make weak excuses, for not finding even 20 minutes a day to exercise, when a flood victim with a 12 hour a day job can, (and believe me I didn't make her up), then decide to buy a book written by someone with no listed qualifications, and making you pay for what I can see is clearly an unhealthy plan.
Even the Asian guy at the bottom of the site, looks happier when he was fatter. Then again maybe he found out he'd lost a chunk of muscle, and probably messed his metabolsim up in the process.
No disrespect intended, you did that to yourself anyway.

Haven't gone to the site, but for most things in life, the quick pathway (learn Spanish in 24 hours!!, play guitar in ten easy lessons!!, etc.) provides lower quality results, and little long term difference.
Fitness is no different. Find a way you can eat healthy and exercise that will last a lifetime. The final goal may not be reached in 10 weeks, but it will be long lasting.

Yeah, but at least if he uses a quick learn Spanish CD, and whilst on holiday, asks a Spaniard for directions to the Train station, and actually says something like, " Donkey has no penis", he'll only get a funny look, not a funny tummy, and a messed up digestive system, from chowing down on his own muscle
.
