Okay, I've worked hard on making an almost 100% perfect diet and an effective workout routine, tough here the suplements ...
At the moment the only supplements im using is protein powder and Glutamine before bed.
Is there any supplements that could improve workout "performence" or either mass gain and/or increase recovery rate ?
On testeosterone nation, there's a ton of suplements that they sell, pre-workout, Testosterone booster, Carbolin-19, etc.
Is there something that really "work" ?

Glutamine, Whey Protein post work-out and maybe creatine ? How does creatine works ? Is it a "must" for bodybuilder ?
