Tips and comments about routine

Post by lacrosse34 »

I have grad in under 4 months and i want to gain muscle and lose the fat on stomach. I use to be into all types of sports, mainly lacrosse, but last season i lost the love of the game, quit, and I have done little activity since. routines are:

Monday: Chest, back, run 20-30 mins, and some core training
Tuesday: Shoulders, traps, run, core
wed: Bi's, run, core
thursday: triceps, run core
fri: usually run and core

Meals are:
Breakfast: either bagels, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, milk
Snack: almonds, or yogurt, or vegetables
Lunch: Tuna sandwich, or turkey, or peanut butter easy jelly, fruit water vegs
Snack: same choices as other
dinner: mostly whatever mom cooks, eat reasonable proportions lots of vegs

im taking no- xplode (going back to superpump 250), finishing tub of cell -tech, and protien and glutamine which i am sticking with

im looking to lose weight and add quite a bit of muscle, should i do high weight low reps, or low weight high reps? anything to add on to what im doing?

Long, drawn out intense cardio is the anti fat loss. Do sprints instead.

Do full body workouts everyday to max out your training sessions but still take No Xplode or whatever your on everyday.

By max out your training session I mean you will be able to lift a lot more and gain a lot more if you take a day off between each session.

Snack: almonds, or yogurt, or vegetables (Need more Protein. I'd say have some Protein, with Veggies, then have a small portion of Almonds, as you'll get some Calcium anyway, so no need for the Yoghurt.)

Lunch: Tuna sandwich, or turkey, or peanut butter easy jelly, fruit water vegs (Go for Turkey and Veg, and Fruit Water. Cuts down on Mercury risk from Tuna.)

Snack: same choices as other (Same response as other.)

(Celltech is expensive pish, and I'm not overly anamoured with NO-Creatine mixes, they're alright, but good Protein intake will increase Nitric Oxide because of the Arginine, you could just take some Arginine before workouts, or maybe some BCAA before as well as after, if you really need some good Vasodilation of Blood Pathways, and I don't think you'd really need that. Glutamine would be very good to stick to.

You should get good Bloodflow anyways, without needing any Arginine, Whey, or NO products pre-workout.

Plus Celltech and No Explode i soverkill on Creatine, so Celltech should go immediately.

NO is complete rubbish, nothing substantiated about it and a pump doesn't mean anything either...

2 arm days??? god...as suugested go with a full body plan every second day and get plenty of leg work in there and you'll burn no fat and gain no muscle

Why do you think it's called NO?

That's practically telling you what to do with it, before you even buy it .
