natural peanut butter good or bad?

Post by the east coast man »

i have read that peanut butter is bad because of it's fat content. i only eat natural peanut butter and have also read in other places that peanut butter is good and the fat is natural fat. so it's good for you. which side is really true?

No, peanut butter can be good because it contain fat lol

Natural VS Creamy, here in quebec the only difference is the texture and that sodium ins, so you can stick with natural, plenty of healthy fat ...

Exactly. Fat is still 9 cals per gram, and remember Saturates contain Nitrogen, Unsaturates shouldn't, so there's less problems with excess Uric Acid conversion from Nitrogen, so if what you intend to eat has quite a it of Saturate, even if there's more unsaturate than the other, might be as well to curb intake a bit.
