Hey guys....I'm so excited!!!! I've lost inches ---not sure how much because I'm not ready to measure yet, but its very noticeable, because yesterday, I put on a shirt that was WAY too tight for me a few months ago, and now it fits and even has some room in it!! pants that used to fit quite snug across the butt area are now saggy in the front and back ---I know, not a good look, i need to buy new pants, but, whatever

Nice job !
In case, some T-Shirts I was wearing last summer does not fit anymore, no place for chest ...

Not to be rude, but even a 220lb person on gear, could probably do that.
Congrats on any gains though .
Good ot hear abotu your prgress Fee fee, as ever it's good to know people are getting hard earned results, much better than using unnecessary surgical procedures, creams, and spaced out diet plans to get some or all it.
Possibly not, but then if someone takes 2 straight days off, their training regime could promote more back to back days than they need.
If they split the days, in the example given, you only get 3 days at most back to back. Your body would probably thank you for it, not being pushed for 5 days straight then expected to recover for 2.
On reflection it might have an impact on strength gains by proxy.
If you slob for two straight days, cut Metabolism, and promote a little Fat gain, you affect power to weight ratio, and therefore, you could possibly slow down the speed a bit, at which you could gain size and strength.
no, let's say you train hard 3 times a week, mon wed fri then take weekend off.
Before I was doing every other day training ... since I do 3xweek +2 day off in a row, strength gains as increase enough for me to notice, more energy in general ... For those who seek fat lost, you can sprints on your week-end just to keep your metabolism high even if when the weekend start I,m usually tired and sore and the 2 days are really worth it to rest ...
yes 2 days off in a row is not the best thing to do
yes do sprints on one saturdays which is what i used to do but now i'm on a 4 day program (mon, wed, fri, sat) so i now do them tue and maybe thu depending on the volume of that week

Yes for sure, but you need to reduce the intensity on sat or you're not gonna have maximal results for strength (that's what I believe and what I've experienced) tough it surely have many benefits (maybe more fitness wise) of not having two day off ...
well sunday is generally an off day so you ghet rest there and most people won't actually reach anywhere near maximial sprinting speed anyway so i don't think nervous system recovery will be a problem
you can train everyday and keep fresh if you vary the intensity properly
