Question about creatine.

Post by HOUSTON TEXAN »

I heard for the first time from anyone that you are suppose to cycle creatine two weeks on two weeks off. Is that true?

it is best cycled but for whatever weeks you'd have to find out what works for you...i would think you'd cycle for longer

Could do that, but more typical cycles include.

1. 3 Months on 1 off.

2. 2 months on 1 off.

3. 3 weeks on, 1 off.

It is generally perceived, even for things like CEE and Kre-alkalyn, you should cycle off, despite them being marketed as ones that don't require cycling, or loading up for that matter.

Whilst those more advanced ones may do as stated, cycling off wouldn't harm.

i got a question. is it worth taking? I heard that once you stop taking it you lose all ur water weight but, i also heard that happened but they kept they're strength. I mean i would take it if i kept strength just lost water weight.

if you train properly you'll keep your strength..supp's are all dependant on how well you absorb them so it's abit of trial an error...you're beeter off strating with it when you plateau somewhere down the line
