Like today it was deads day and it's almost 20:00h and I've done workout
at 8:00 and hands are still hurting, really sensitive ... When I've done the dishes hands were hurting ... I have "korn" all over hands but still hands doesn't seems to really strengthen a lot ... This is why before I started competition's preparation I was using gloves, but I was told to burn them away so i did ... Is there any advice you guys can give me ? By the way it's not only today, it is always like this ... at least I have the weekend for hand to recover ...
Will they adapt ? If yea, then it's really really long !
well they should adapt sooner or later...gloves aren't the biggest no no in the game, ecspecially if your hands are as bad as they say they are...maybe just do your heavy sets with gloves or exercises that hurt them the most and leave them off the others
To swanso, but in comeptition no gloves are allowed and I need to workout barehand to adapt ... Well I guess there's nothing to do, I hope they will adapt fast ...
