ok heres the break down....
Work out and fit:
-Hot Body-
Good- your girl will love to put her hands on you!!
Bad- She may feel intimidated, maybe think lower of her slef!
-Strength-
Good- With your new muscles you'll have no problem lifting her up against the wall and being able to hold the position you want!
Bad- Well sometimes guys over estamate how strong they really are, just know wat shes comfortable with!
-Control-
Tip- Just remember shes a girl! not a weight or a punching bag! Be careful at how rough you are with her... to a point.
-Energy-
Good- If you stick to a basic work out plan you will over all increase your energy level (adrenaline)
Bad- Well if your at the gym all day and worn out.... and if your girls and all you want to do is sleep.... all i can say is i know i would be pissed!
-Testosterone-
Tip- Research has shown that in males endurance training (running) actually depresses testosterone levels. however in elite athletes, who have been involved in resistance training (weight lifting) for over two years, researchers found an increase in serum testosterone.

To be able to do that is a very big turn on to every girl I know. But im not talkin bout bein able to do it for a lil bit then puttin it back to the bed, im sayin till your fully done!
