Using muscle toning belts

Post by Henchup »

Okay, I was wondering how effective the muscle toning belts actually are. The ones wich u put on and they shock ur stomach to tense the muscles, so u can sit there and build up muscle. questions about them are...

1) is it worth getting a muscle belt?

2) Do muscle belts and stuff help loose fat aswel as building up muscle

3) How effective are they? will I still need to do tonnes of abdominal exercises in order to tone up a six pack, or can this plus a few exercises be enough?

also, you get better at the stomach area by doing squats, deadlifts etc.

and most importantly, if you are not willing to train, then at least you can clean up your diet which is the most important part.

Muscle Toning Belts are a load of absolute, waste of space, stinky, worthless, completely moronic, fake pieces of electronic crud.

The best thing to do with those is not buy them.

You know what's the worst thing about this, there's one at gym ... When I see this old women who doesn't want advice and spend many hours (around 6, that's a lot ! ) on cardio and this "machine" ... She's 50 + I believe the kine/PT who's following her should never let her do such ...

PT's letting people use Electronic Belts.

What does the PT stand for in that instance, Piss Taker?

I that case PT means Piss Taker indeed or Pre-Teen ... At new gym (I'm now in a bigger commercial gym) many of the Personal Trainer/Kine etc. Don't even train/diet themself and sometimes I seriously
doubt their dedication to "weightlifting" I believe a lot are only here to collect their pay checks and have no trouble with their costumers by letting them do what they feel like doing ... Only feeling about this, I'm really out of the group at gym, I'm naturally not a really social guy and I focus a lot on what I'm doing. I have a way better salary but I miss little local gym where at least the trainers were friendly and dedicated !
