i weight 170lbs trying to gain more muscle and lose weight and lose . ive been using this meal plan for about a month. looking to see if i should change it up or keep with it and also if there are any other food i should be eating but not.
breakfast-
break fast is tricky for me as i wake up grab lunch for the day and go straight to the gym. i've been told to not eat before i work out so usually after a work out i eat a banana and some yogurt. would definitely like some ideas for breakfast.
approx. 2 hours after breakfast i eat a light snack
almonds yogurt, cheese, crackers, something little.
lunch-
chicken breast
rice
potato
milk/water
apple or an orange
maybe tuna sandwich one day
or turkey breast sandwich
another snack 2 hours after lunch
again something little, maybe a meal replacement shake
dinner-
chicken (or a steak once a week)
vegetables
rice
salad (what would be a good dressing to use?)
milk/water
another snakc before bed
cheese crackers, etc. protien shake
any recommendations?

- eat as soon as you get regardless, ecspecially before training...the best way to burn fat is to build muscle but your using to fuel your workouts...i don't think you need to be a scientist to add this up
- banana and 1/2 protein shake before training
- other 1/2 protein shake and oatmeal/museli/high fibre cerial after training
- you need protein everytime you eat
- have fruit and a meat sandwitch for meal 3
- all other meals are protein, veg and salad
- any dressing will do, just check the cals on the package
- eat calories don't drink them
