Soccer tryouts this August.
Ok, it's June 19. I have soccer tryouts on August 15. So I need to get myself into the best condition of life. I need a solid routine for weight training and cardio. And then probably the most important I have to practice soccer A LOT. Can someone help me map out a routine of all 7 days in the week including cardio or interval sprints or whatever, and incorporates practicing soccer. thanks a lot 

day 1 - wts
2 - sprints starts
3 - wts
4 - acceleration
5 - wts
6 - longer type sprints
7 - off
training
1 - deadlifts 6 x 3, bench press / seated row 3 x 6, prone ab brace 3 x 2mins
2 - chin ups 6 x 3, reverse lunges / handstand push up 3 x 6, side ab brace 3 x 45secs
3 - front squat 6 x 3, chest supported db row / high incline db press 3 x 8, prone ab brace 3 x 2mins
sprint starts - 10 x 10m / 10 x 20m
acceleration - 5 x 40m / 4 x 70m
sprints - 4 x 100m
skills - can be done anytime really (i know all about soccer, a terrible game) but just do them first in the day...seperate sessions by 6hrs at least so plan it out with your diet
food?
