since i've been working out, i've noticed i get the urge to eat more
i have tried eating the small 5-6 meals per day,
but i feel like now body is expecting food all the time, and i'm worried i'm just filling myself up and gaining weight.
i eat as healthy as i possibly can. mostly veggies and lean protein
some fruit, and the least of diet contains carbs
is it that i can eat more and gain rather than boost metabolism with this constant munching?
gaining weight

Don't worry about it too much. Measure your waist and forget what the scale says, if you eat well and train hard it'll be fine.
Don't be scared of complex carbs, just eat them earlier in the day or PWO only.
Your body is expecting food, that's because it needs fuel for your training.
Make sure you have a SUBSTANTIAL breakfast, this will help to keep you from over eating during the day.
If you find the scale affects your mood, then banish it or learn to live with the numbers. Personally I weigh myself daily and doing that was tough at first, but I learned what that number means in relation to the type of training I'm doing and the amount of water/ inter-muscular swelling that is going on.
