im using a supplement called york muscle power after workouts jst wondering if anyones used this and wot they think of it?

no its a high protein drink for recovery. u mix 30grams of powder with 300ml of milk=21g protein.

I'm thinking you are talking about 1 cup and a bit of milk, which already has about 8g of protein, so you are gaining only about 10-12 g with that product. Not really a high protein product at all. Just get whey isolate and mix with water, normally you get about 25 g per scoop.

Protein powders mixed with Milk are slower digesting because.

A: You add more slow digesting Casein to it.

B. You involve more enzymes, like Lactase to breakdown Galactose in Milk.

C. You increase Calories.

D. You possibly increase Fat content a little.

Mixing with water speeds it up, and makes it quicker when you need it to be.
