Post by SIP »

Hello, :D

What do you think about these routines?

Biceps Exercises -

Alternating Dumbbell Curls 3 sets of 8 reps

Standing Cable Curls 3 sets of 8 reps

EZ Bar Curls 3 sets of 8 reps

EZ Bar Preacher Curls 3 sets of 8 reps

End off with,
Dumbbell Concentration Curls 3 sets of 8 reps

Triceps Exercises -

Straight Bar Pushdowns 3 sets of 8 reps

Lying Barbell Press To Chin 3 sets of 8 reps

Seated Dumbbell Extensions 3 sets of 8 reps

End off with,
Rope Pushdowns(open arms wide when pulling down) 3 sets of 8 reps

So,is it ok with this routines?
The biceps and triceps exercises will be doing on different days.

Thanks :D

lol ...

Read

-Sticky in diet section
-The journal, check Houtson Texan one for great workout sample.

and to answer your questions, your workout totally sucks. Doing frog jumps, inverted row and push ups are already a thousand time better than this.

Before Olive Oyl had a man in her life, she was Extra Virgin

Actually true story, but when the cartoons first came out in the 1930's, Popeye wasn't her man, she was actually with another sailor on Popeyes ship called Ham Gravy. No clue who's idea it was to call him Ham Gravy.

Ok,done reading the waterbury method.

Got a few questions,

Can i change/substitute some of the set to a different workout?
like the deadlift.

Is this waterbury method for only advance bodybuilder?
Cause im still a beginner.

Lastly,i cant do chin ups and dips (only 2 max)
How?

Sorry,if the questions sound stupid.

Thanks alot. :D

why would you want to substitute the deadlift? it's the best exercise in the whole world bar none...

pulldowns with a bicep curl grip to the base of the neck instead of chin ups

fet elevated push ups instead of dips

for the chinups...do u have a workout partner?

u can cross your legs and have him/her give u a little push when needed

i used to use an exercise band for a little boost before i could do a decent number of them

just a suggestion =)

ok i try best.
:)

Last question.
I read the waterbury article from t-nation.

DAY 1

Barbell Back Squats
Sets: 10
Reps: 3
Rest: 70 seconds

A1 Dips

A2 Bent-Over Barbell or Dumbbell Rows
Sets: 4
Reps: 6
Rest: 60 seconds (between exercise pairings)

Note: A1/A2 consists of a superset pairing

B1 Skull Crushers

B2 Standing Barbell Curls
Sets: 4
Reps: 6
Rest: 60 seconds

Hanging Leg Raises
Sets: 4
Reps: 6
Rest: 60 seconds between sets

A1 and A2 will be superset pairing.
(Does it applies for the whole routine? Other days)

Then how bout the B1 and B2?

Really appreciate your help.

Thanks. :D
