What time of the day you guys go out and jog/sprint w.e?

I go at 4:30pm-5pm jumproping and then jog/sprint at 6pm-7pm :P

i'd only do 1 of those a day ansd probably 3/week in total for both combined

Only early morning works for me - 5.30 to 7.00. normally 4 to 5 times a week.
evening jogs/sprints do not come easily for me :)

Recently switched to mornings and like it a lot better. Was working out after work about 4:30. By then I was very tired. Getting it done first thing in the morning is a big relief and I have more energy then.

i read one of dave tate's articles and he said something like, " i do cardio's right after i get out of bed. that way i'd still be half-asleep and the cardio wouldn't suck as much. LMFAO

I have morning runs and love them :D Though, I have had to cut back to 30 minutes is the morning to keep from being too much of a "cardio bunny" and maintain the muscle I am building. I am usually awake by 4:30 and in the gym running by 5.
