Recently switched to mornings and like it a lot better. Was working out after work about 4:30. By then I was very tired. Getting it done first thing in the morning is a big relief and I have more energy then.
i read one of dave tate's articles and he said something like, " i do cardio's right after i get out of bed. that way i'd still be half-asleep and the cardio wouldn't suck as much. LMFAO
I have morning runs and love them Though, I have had to cut back to 30 minutes is the morning to keep from being too much of a "cardio bunny" and maintain the muscle I am building. I am usually awake by 4:30 and in the gym running by 5.
