There's certain ways of doing it. Apparently you can buy electronic weighing scales that do something like that. Don't ask me how though.

You can also get something called a pinch test, and that to knowledge usually involves Calipers.

You should be able to get it done at your gym, I think most gyms can, but you should also be able to go to your doctor and get it done too.

the 1st 5secs i saw do 40 crunches and turned it off...crunches are probably the most useless exercise there is...if you want goo dabs work them with difficlut exercise variations that allow only 15 reps max and / or work them with wt and diet down to show them...easy!!

Can you give some examples of difficult exercise of 15 reps (for abs) that you mentioned?

Note that I will be wtaching diet, and in fact, will be very strict with high protein (protein shake included), steamed vege most of the time, fruit, and parboiled/brown rice, wheat bread, and quality noodle (I buy dry ones or fresh ones). I do drink some juice (Kern - mango or mixed, Tropicana - orange, Simple - orange, Ocean Spray - cranberry) but not all the time. No sodas except for like six to twelve 8 oz can per year. Of course, some snacks which I am going to be strict again and use more power bar.

well it's all relative...what's hard for you might not be hard for you...basically do a search or just do crunch versions where you hold weight plates to add resisitance or use cable exercises

I agree that doing exercises where you can't do more than 15 reps is helpful. There are loads of them out there. Crunches on a decline bench are challenging, as are hanging leg raises done from a pull up station.
