You as well. As I've said before, I feel proud of sharing a site like this with you. In fact all of the females here, just because you are all very knowledgeable, and very inspiring in your own way, and I want the female members to feel a part of this, and not feel like it's a board full of test and guy talk, like some sites look like.
This site is for anyone and always will be, providing they respect others.
So I will say a happy Christmas to all the Ladies, and say thank you for all your contributions this year. I say this purely out of respect and for no other reasons.
I should also give speical mention to the following people.
Boopster for her insights and achievements.
Same goes to SarahPT.
Diana B, for her knowledge and achievements. You're a great rolemodel and athlete, and you should be proud of yourself. Age is no barrier to achievement, and you and Boopster are proof to younger females, that achievement of the kind you both have had is very possible.
Amatlack, and Hope4life, for managing to acheive so much, with difficult physical circumstances, you guys are shining lights for others to look up to. If you guys can find results from such hard circumstances, anyone can.
Cassie and JNichole, because despite having problems with weight, and eating habits in the past, both of you have come on in leaps and bounds, and both of you look like healthy, radient young Ladies and should be looked up to, as a source of inspiration and education to other females.
So I hope everyone on this site has a good Christmas, and again, thanks to all the Ladies, and yes you are superior to guys in some ways, and I'm not too proud to admit that, and you bring your own insights, understanding, and persionality to a site like this, which it needs, and benefits from.
It's good to have sites like this, and it's good to have many differing people from differing backgrounds, and I appreciate the atmosphere we work in, as some sites are full of egotistical know-alls, asnd people who like to put others down, and those sites lose thier way, and it makes me wonder how they get 10,000+ members, when they have serious flaws.
This site works, and is an important resource, and we must remember what sites like this are for, and remember the importance of why sites like this exist.

Merry Christmas to all friends and future friends of this forum. I have learned so much you and wish you all only the best in the future. Good health, happiness, and most of all, NEVER EVER QUIT! Remember you are worth every second you dedicate to yourself and don't let anyone tell you any different. I have met some wonderful people on this forum and I hope it will only floursih into long lasting friendships. God bless you all and happy training! You are truly the best
