weights or cardio first

whats better to do first; cardio and then weight training or weight tranining first and then do cardio???

Depends on who you talk to, but I know two trainers and they both say to do weights before cardio because you'll burn more fat that way.

Do your weights first. Or better yet, do them on separate days or a different times of the day so both will be higher quality.

well it depends ..if your trying to get cut or burn the extra fat well runs after cuz u ill burn more like that cuz the body s gonna be tired ...but you could do them on separt day too so that u can go all out in each giving the 100% of your cencentration, time, energie... it all depents on your goal...there is not one better than the other one... :P

I think you should cardio first, it will warm your body up a lot before you lift weights. :D

Agreed to a point. I think if you want to do about 5 minutes on something like an Exercise bike, to increase muscle temperature before lifting, then do so, but don't bang out a good 30-40 minutes first, as Glycogen usage, might affect lifting.

Then you get an issue like trying to take Glucose drinks before Cardio, or after and before weights, if you find the Cardio then weights scenario increases fatigue, when you don't necessarily need such drinks anyway.
