abs and me

hey im 16 and weigh 128lbs and am 5ft 7, obviously a skinny guy :(.

on i can see some definition like a four pack sticking out but cant see the bottom two and cant get them defined, any idea how to do this?

also from this can anybody do an aproximation of body fat %? please

sounds like your probably low to mid teens for body fat %...you need to have actrually built the lower ab area up through wted exercises before they will show unless you're getting down to 3 - 5% body fat which is just silly...do hanging leg raises, off bench knee raises etc but make sure your abs are doing the movement and not your hip flexors

will i have to reduce body fat % atall or is it ok as it is?

how often will i need to do these excersizes? :)

ok at school i had body fat % tested, turns out i have 10%

do i need to lose any or will this be ok to show the abs if i built them up?

you could go lower if you wanted to to but if you build them up you'll see them at 10%...i'm there now and can see them mostly...no fitness model though...can see more now than on photo's at rich-fit.com

At 10% you still should be showing some decent abs.

Have a look at your diet as you may be consuming to much salt/sodium. This is a sure fire way to kill off showing great abs

How does eating too much salt effect the ab definition?

I might be wrong, but I think too much Salt, may cause some water retention.
