I need a plan to fit schedule?

Post by Scott3710 »

I Work an eight day 'week'.
First two days from 7 am to 7pm
24 hour break
then two shifts from 7pm to 7am
them off for 3.5 days.

I've recently quit smoking and have starting working out. I just discovered this site tonight and I am completly blown away by the information here. I would like to get advise about when I should be eatting and exercising. Because of unique work schedule most of the plans don't really fit.

I usually never work out on a day when I finsh work at 7pm.
And always do after I wake up on days when I'm off at 7am (which is usually at 2pm)

day 3 - train full body
day 4 - off
day 5 - train full body
day 6 - off
day 7 - full body
day 8 - off
day 9 - full body
day 10 - off
back to the start

is that right?

can you eat at work? make sure eating is perfect on off days, like picture perfect as they say
