2 1/2 months done, 223lbs down to 206lbs. Ending weight?

I have lost 17-18lbs in a little over 2 1/2 months. Muscularity is getting better, but I'm trying to figure out what I should shoot for.

I want to have a very athletic look, like the guys on the covers of Men's Health. I'm roughly 5' 11", and I see those stupid bodyweight charts that that the medical field put together, and it says that I should be 175lbs. I say this is BS. I was that weight when I was 17, and playing competitive sports in High School, and certainly not at the muscle mass I'm at now.

I'm trying to find the preverbial "bodybuilding body weight chart". The chart that doesn't say you are overweight when you are really fit and lean. Is there such a thing? Or can someone give me some insight?

Nice job on the weight loss!

I weigh anywhere from 135-145 throughout the year and body fat is around 19%. The last time I looked at one of those charts it said I was on the verge of being overweight. I agree those charts are BS!

As for the bodyweight chart... You could just get your body fat measured and go by a chart. Those are great and they break down body fat by obese, acceptable, fit, athletic, and essential amount of fat. I'm not sure if this is what you're lookiing for but i've found these charts to be more accurate than the typical bodyweight chart. :)
