Apple….. (15mins later)
GO LEAN (Instant Hot Cereal) with 2tbl of Flex seed (for the 1st time)
Not as bad as I thought… I’ll get used to it…
The other day I had eggs Benedict at this new place and it was GREAT….
But when I got home and checked out the calories… I wanted to throw up…
Of course I didn’t… But now I know something like that has about 700-900 calories!!!....
Sigh.... It was soooo GOOD tho....

Small portion of Lean Ham, and a small bowl of Whole-grain Cereal. Fast, easy, convenient. Last meal of the day.

Protein shake with water, musashi 92 blend, around 30 grams of protein.
Two small semi ripe bananas and a few very small carrots.

You guys are sooooo good! I had a salad with red grapes, celery, hard boiled egg and walnust - with light dressing - it was yummy!@
I think if I ate a Reeses Peanut Butter Piece or cup it would put me in a coma too! But I sure use to love them!
Nice to be among others who try to eat healthy!
