Can I lose 10 pounds by june 4th?
I have 12 pounds to lose by June 4th. i know i can lose it by then. I have a bicycle, jump rope, resistance bands, and some billy blanks boot-camp tapes and yoga booty balet video tapes? How long should i exercise a day and how many days should i work out? Also, How many reps and what can i do to target stomach fats and back fats and love handles more?

Twelve pounds in essentially 3 months should be fairly easy to achieve. Cut back caloric intake by around 300 calories a day (give/take) and vary up the cardio between jumping rope, cycling and some resistance band training (I'll imagine you have some outlined routine available) 3 to 4 times a week and you'll knock off 12 pounds easy.
You've asked a pretty open ended question so it's hard to direct you properly on reps but id you have a resistance band routine that came with them - I'd start off following that.
Love Handles are fat - they have to be burned off through diet and exercise.
I wouldn't do any big lifting if all you are looking to do is drop a little weight and firm up. I'd add some pushups to help firm up. The yoga is a big plus for getting flexible which is important.
