how can u lose 2 pounds per week? whats the right amount of calorie intake for it? what exercises and how long each day should you do?
Difficult to say exactly.
You shouldn't need to exceed 1hr for weights realistically, and Cardio no longer than 30 minutes. Interval stuff perhaps aiming for around a 60-70% max heart rate, 220-age for MHR, then calculate 60% and 70%, as your target range for Cardio.
You could aim for a calorie amount of 15 cals per lb bodyweight, and then go for something like a 30 / 30 / 40 split, Protein, Carbs, Fats.
