What should I do?
Would I be better off working out M-F with Sat and Sun off or M-W thursday off F and Saturday on Sunday off?
if youi're doing things properly (hard, heavy etc) then i think 5 days in a row isnlt doable unless your eating and supplementing like a king qwith nothing else to do...unfortunaely most of work and school to attend to so a reest after 3 training days is what i do...currently doing a 12 week combine prep program to see how it goes which calls for a m/tu/w/th/f schedule with sa/su off...done that for a while but i was rooted during ther week and then had to recover on a weekend so i couldn;t really do much so i changed to a m/tu/w, th off, fr/sa, su off

i suggest you try the same with whatever training you're doing
