Creatine

At 17 it's okay, but for people your age it's better not to load, and make sure you take adequate Water.
However unless you're around 170lbs lean, then the results off it will almost certainly be poor. That's not a definitiive mass level to be at, but as I say, the more powerful and bigger the person is, the more likely it will be to get good results off Creatine.
Realistically I don't think you need it at all right now.

Tha't not a typicla loading phase I've heard of.
If you're talking loading phases, to knowledge it's always been 4x a day, 5g a time, with 4 hour spaces, for the first 5-7 days.
As for 1g loading there's sod all point to loading like that. Loading is supposed to cause muscle saturation. You'd get piss poor results off that, as you'd be not potentially even getting enough to sustain the levels.
To re-iterate, at your age, unless you're almost certainly someone who does'nt need it, so I'd say don't bother.
