Hi Team,
I have been training for the past one month. I weighed 223.32 lbs and after a month I am 216.71 lbs. Since day one trainer has suggested Whey and tells me to buy the imported ones and I must also tell you that here in India we have a big fake supplements market. He suggests either Muscle Tech (Whey or Nitro Tech) or Optimum Nutrition (100% whey). But these are way too expensive here and he doesn't recomment herbal supplements made in India. He says they will just swell you up. Before foreign supplemenst came here people around here have shown great body consuming Indian made supplements but now noone recommends them. One reason could be they earn a big profit in terms of margin. He also suggested HYDROXYCUT and Chromium. We have a guy in our gym who has lost 35 kilos in 5 months and he consumes whey, hydroxycut, L-glutamine and chromium. Our trainer tries to give his example to everyone. When I tried searshing for whey I found Optimum Nutrition. MegaPro, American Body building, BSN, Labrada. MVP, VPX sports. Could you please suggest a good whey protein (need to loose weight fast and build muscles too at the same time). Will chromium be OK for weight loss. Please advise. I would be obliged getting your suggestions.
Kind regards,
Hemant

Muscletech products are too expensive anywhere.
Hydroxycut isn't the answer.
Chromium regulates blood Glucose. Taking it for muscle gains or fat loss, would be pretty pointless.
All you need is a basic Whey Concentrate with Carbs in it like Maltodextrin for example.
If you want to go a little more fancy, then Isolate is the way, and possibly with other Carbs in it like Glucomannan, Palatinose and Waxy Maize Starch.
