low or high intensity of jump roping questions***

Post by ChoYongGi »

hi guys

this is for jump roping..

interval training(high intensity) for about 30m
(doing sprinting in place at a good not not VERY fast pace)

or

low intensity but for an hour..
(single skips, alternating feet, but not at a slow rate..lets say moderate speed)

which is more recommended in burning more fat?

also they say that jump roping for an hour would burn about 1000 calories.
As in low intensity or high??

any questions answered would be MUCH appreciated.
thanks guys
