hey
im a 16 year old boy...
im trying to gain weight i wanna be a big boy if you get me
im around 13.10 at the moment and 5ft 9 im big yeah..
but 1 thing thats bugging me some weeks i can go up to say 14.3 then a week later bang its gone :S
any ideas why it goes so quikly? im evan drinnking a extra weight gainner to try help it out.

if you see a sudden drop in bodyweight then it's a sign of too much stress and you need to cut back...if this increase is only every now and then it's probably just from a carb up and/or coming off a longer rest then normal so you're body has a chance to recover and fill out...if 14.3 is closer to your normal wt and it drops then you need to deload your training for a week then ramp back up
