it's not hard to pop 122 x 13 in a calculator...

1600 or thereabouts anyway but as stated i don;t even know what you're trying to do with it when your program probably still contains 2 exercises...also as stated your body is growing so there's no deficit, maintenance or muscle building calories intake number for you as it will change almost daily

get the simple things right before anything

1600 calories doesn't seem like nearly enough calories for a 16 year old . I would shoot for 2000-3000 calories and practice eating clean foods... lean proteins, complex carbs, fruits, veggies, and healthy fats. Don't worry about counting calories... just practice eating a clean balanced diet. :)

At your age 1600 calories a day would NOT be overeating. That would not be NEARLY enough calories for you. Getting a six pack isnt always achieved by starvation.... its achieved through hard work, a clean balanced diet, weights and cardio. Please do not try to eat 1600 calories a that just doesn't seem like near enough calories for you. I'm currently training for a figure competition and even I eat more than that on diet.
