Which should i take after a cardio workout?

I currently drink 2 different types of protein shake

1st is a low carb whey protein shake

p 20
c 1.
cals 100

2nd is a High protein whey isolate shake

p 50
c 25
cals 300

at the moment i drink the 1st low carb shake in the morning with high carb cereal and again in the evening with last meal (3 egg whites, spoonfull of peanut butter)

and the 2nd i have after weights (with 2 slices of wheatgerm bread and honey, 5g of l-glutamine)

Which should i have after cardio? i heard from some sources your supposed to carb up prior and after cardio

Just do what you're doing now. You've got the Carbs from the Bread and Honey, so you're good to go with the Isolate as well.

So both cardio and weight days should have the same post workout.

I was for some reason drinking the low carb shake after cardio but shall change this (espicially as i am trying to bulk)

Well you need Carbs after Cardio, to replenish Glycogen and Bloodsugar levels.

You get reduced levels of those whether you do weights or Cardio.
