I currently drink 2 different types of protein shake
1st is a low carb whey protein shake

2nd is a High protein whey isolate shake

at the moment i drink the 1st low carb shake in the morning with high carb cereal and again in the evening with last meal (3 egg whites, spoonfull of peanut butter)
and the 2nd i have after weights (with 2 slices of wheatgerm bread and honey, 5g of l-glutamine)
Which should i have after cardio? i heard from some sources your supposed to carb up prior and after cardio
