I've got 20 days left on 90 day quest for a great body. I've already lost about 18 pounds and I'm looking pretty good, but I really want to attack lower stomach and really shed and shred that lower section. Can anyone give me a detailed plan for the next 20 days including diet, cardio and abdominal workouts?
goal is about 7 pounds of fat loss more to lower body fat percentage (Currently at about 11%)
