I'm not sure if I'm mentioned this on the forum, but here's review of Lyle McDonald's Rapid Fat Loss Handbook. This kind of dieting is not for everyone, but it gets results.

I've been reading McDonald's stuff for ages--back before he published his first book. I still refer to The Ketogenic Diet whenever I'm doing lowcarb.

I'm darn sure though Mcnuggets could never feature on a Ketogenic diet. All those Breadcrumb carbs would be off limits.

Wow, it's nice to know that McDonalds do have their own Handbook for Rapid Fat Loss. Where can I get a copy of this? I am sure there are lots of Rapid fat loss routines. I hope i can get one.
