Worried...Not feeling hungry
I have been on diet for a little over 2 weeks... and today i noticed i didnt really want to eat food at the normal times i do...i didn't feel like eating at all... BUT of course i forced myself to eat to keep metabolism going...its not that i don't like the food i ate because i do... just wondering if this is normal feeling and if anyone else has experienced this??

Well said wolfy! Not only are you making great progress... but you're also a great asset to the site helping others also achieve their goals.wolfen147 wrote:I typically don't fell hungry hungry, but it gets to a point where your stomach gets used to eating at those times, and then it starts to crave food around those same times. It's all about taming your stomach in opinon. O'course I could be a fool and I may need to shut up and let people who know exactly whats up give adviceBut I don't remember feeling hungry either at the beginning. Now if I don't eat at regular times body is like "GET IN MAH BELLEH!"
Pinky... there are many many times when i have to force myself to eat. In fact, just a few minutes I was in the kitchen gagging down some fish that i had been dreading for the past hour (I think its time to switch up diet cuz i'm burned out on tilapia!). There will definitely be times (especially at first) when you really do need to eat even though you're not hungry. As wolf said, your body will eventually come to expect foods at set times and it will get easier.

I think you just need to get used to the food your eating since you are starting to eat healthier now.
Yes, it's hard now... but you body will get used to it.
Since you will be more active... you will be more hungry and you will need eat.
