I am a student and I'm not fat but i clearly have a lousy body. I'm thinking of a non-stop workout this coming Christmas break and show off a big improvement next year when classes start. I would really love suggestions from someone who has experience from work-outs. A food list suggestion from breakfast-dinner and workout program would be of great help.
I'm not working out yet since I'm a student and i prioritize studies but I've been jogging, sprinting, and playing basketball every weekend so i guess body is ready for a start.
I'm really dedicated to do anything body can handle as long as i end up with abs. I'm not up to weight loss but I'm up for fat burning and body building.
P.S. I'm very dedicated because we have swimming classes on P.E. and i have a crush on this classmate of mine
