I'm 18 and Ive always been skinny so there's little body fat around stomach. I've noticed some results, there is a faint outline and is hard when tensed. I think diet is pretty good, I have muesli for breakfast and eat fairly consistently throughout the day e.g fruit, veg, yoghurt, nuts, potatoes etc. Im also making a real effort to cut out junk foods completely.
Just wandering if there's advice for someone new to this. Was also interested about protein shakes as I'm not sure I get enough into the diet. How necessary are they, are there any side effects and which ones would you recommend? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks
