family can't afford a gym membership right now... I was wondering what I could do for strenght training at home. I don't have any equipment. Thanks.

Bodyweighted stuff.
Squats.
Lunges.
Press-ups.
Pec Deck style Chest work, sitting on a Chair.
Bent over Rows for back.
Stair or chair dips.
Planks.
All of those 2 sets of 10 repetitions, except planks which are 30 seconds.
With the exception of Planks and Press-ups,try using a couple of books as weights. You should be able to find ones, that at least weigh 1kg, (2.2lbs).
