HELP!

I have been exercisin fr 2 yrs noe and have got a good body. But the only thindg that i dont like is i have lot of fats on hips which make abs less visible and also spoils the shape of lower torso.........i have tried many oblique exercises but nothin helps. any advise frm u guys????

Keep a food journal and calculate your fat, protein and carbohydrate calories.Once you know what you are in fact eating you can make adjustments. If you cut your carbs to 40-45% (fruit vegetables, beans, whole grains) it will be easier to lose that bit of fat. Don't cut fats too low 30% is ideal. Spread your calories out over several smaller meals and snacks about every 3 hours.

Do full body circuit workouts at a high intensity pace 3 times a week. Try doing more high intensity cardio (intervals). Mix up your exercise routine regularly at least every 2-3 weeks.
