Last layer of fat

I have some 1 or 1 and a half inch of fat how should i reduce...I know spot reduction is not possible but still help.

I follow a healthy diet... exercise but still!!

help please!

6 30 am- 1 fruit before workout

9 00 am - oatmeal or museli with milk

11 30 am - 3 egg whites only

12 30 - 1 00pm - wheat bread and pulses/veggies/chicken or fish

5 00 - 6 00pm - peanut butter and whole wheat bread/low fat yogurt or some nuts and milk

8 30 - 9 00 pm- wheat bread and pulses/veggies/Chicken or fish

This is current diet plan...!

(Try changing the Milk to skimmed and add something else in there like Chicken or Ham as examples, your Protein looks a bit low.)

11 30 am - 3 egg whites only

(Add a few Carbs in here as it looks a bit low. Nothing drastic, just a few Veggies or some Cashews, Chestnuts etc, something like that .)

12 30 - 1 00pm - wheat bread and pulses/veggies/chicken or fish

(Try to have this about an hour later. It's a bit close to the previous meal and more distanced from the following meal.)

5 00 - 6 00pm - peanut butter and whole wheat bread/low fat yogurt or some nuts and milk

(Add something here like Chicken, Ham, Lean Beef. You could make a sandwhich and could keep the Nuts too.)

8 30 - 9 00 pm- wheat bread and pulses/veggies/Chicken or fish

(Seems fine. Be careful with Fish as it contains Heavy Metals. Depending on the type. limit to 2-3 times a week, or modest daily portions.)

Thanks!

I know we should eat good fat (omega3 and all) but what about havin 1 cheat meal in 7days will that drastically hamper 6 pack goal!?
