Hi...I work out every other day on circuits/pully and do a brisk walk nightly, how is this diet? 7 a.m. Isotonix b-12 special formula and isotonix opc-3 then i work out at 8 a.m. Breakfast at 9:30 1/2- 1 cup of oatmeal w/ splenda Lunch at 12 Turkey or chicken Mid Afternoon at 2 Fruit or Yogurt Dinne...

finally found something that took migraines away. Alot of doctors have tried many dif pills, nothing worked, I tried everything a person could think of to get rid of them...I have been on Isotonix opc-3 for 2 weeks and i have not had one migraine!!!!!! ( found it online) i am also taking a Isotonic ...

I walk 50 minutes nightly brisk...Im trying to rid of mid section. Is it better to walk faster or slower for a longer time?....

I agree...It doesnt seem like much weight loss...I do work out curcuit/pully with weights every other day and walk 50 minutes daily...Maybe i just need to tweek up the diet ...I do how ever see alot of change in fron of the mirror and close fit alot dif...I also think being 34 now tends to slow down...

Ok...Soooo in the last 8 weeks i lost only 9 lbs...but lost 2 1/2 inches off hips and waste...so what did i do last night??I ate chips and candy!!! UHH Why would i have gave into something so stupid after weeks and weeks with none of that stuff...Anyways just venting and seeing if anyone else has be...

circuit machines vs just using weights
What is better for getting into shape? Circuit machines or just using weights?...The circuit machines have weights but, i dont know if i should just use hand weights...
