current eating plan is complete rubbish, first bad thing is i do not eat breakfest and i rarely eat lunch...i know horrible but i just dont... then i come home and eat a variety of things depending on days.. sometimes veggies with noodles sometimes fruit with cheese and crackers and sometimes cereal...

it is kind of upsetting
i have let myself eat crappy things and i guess that must be it
just motivation has stopped here at 205, i want under 200 but i cant seem to reach it
