If your're a road runner and you stay on the same side of the road everytime you run your're probably dropping one hip lower than the other, just because most roads slope for water run-off. Try finding the flattest smoothest paths you can find and align those hips. Also consider a good core workout ...

Super Slow Zone ?

Has anyone heard of these facilities? Apparently it utilizes 2 20 minute workouts a week where you don't break a sweat and can therefore return to work without a shower. :roll: . I'm not a believer, maybe for someone starting at nothing, but maybe someone here has tried with success.

I have the flattest feet possible and I completed second marathon just this Sunday and I run 50+ miles a week. IronMind,Captain of Crunch hand grippers,Packard recommended these on a previous post. I tried them out and I've since worked way up to doin' reps with the #3.These are an essential tool in arm workout. I'm pretty low-tech, son calls the grippers only hand-held device.

Essential home gym equipment

I work out in garage, equipment consists of a lat pull down stack with a low row, dumbbells up to 60 lbs., and a spin cycle.
