the one time i tried it, mine done this too...probably a shit brand NOX CG3 by Xyience. This is great creatine-glutamine-nitric oxide suppliment (all in one) . I tried many other GNC creatines and Muscletech products, but nothing beats NOX CG3...With that said, I never ordered from supplement wareh...
